Comprehensive 5 part preliminary Council Check

What this valuable report contains:

1. A preliminary checklist of requirements to submit an application to Council in your suburb
2. A confirmation of the ability to approve the project through CDC (Complying Development – 10 day approval)
3. A list of the allowances/restrictions Council impose in your suburb for your type of project
4. A preliminary analysis of your project type to confirm if it is allowable on your block

1. Your name, email address and phone number
2. The 149(2) certificate which can be obtained from your Council for a cost of $53.
3. The 88b document which you will find in the Title documents of your property.
